GOOD MORNING WORLD (:
it's tuesday & i have training again later :/ there was training ytd too! we skipped. skipping is so killer. 500 on both legs, 200 on each leg! bulging calf muscles are so gross. there were P6 DSAs who joined us! i like the st marg's girl. hahah short, i realized that the girl with dyed hair isn't that bad after all. maybe just a bit of Attitude Problem [:
yay, SMP proposal due today! our project is cooolz. triglycerides & lipase! if you wanna slim down, eat
raw meat! raw meats contain lipase which breaks down fats. however, lipase gets destroyed if it experiences high temperatures (40-45 degrees). so cooked meat doesn't work(:

first, there was SMP meeting at hozel's house. shimin was late as usual(: turned out that she walked there! she couldn't find the place & was tempted to call a cab. hazel's siblings BRIAN TAN and HEIDI TAN were at home! so cute[: brian tan was playing with a
tiny bouncy orange basketball & i stole it from him.
after that, DENTAL. my dentist says that i can take off my braces in december! that's good AND bad. good because.. i finally don't have to wear braces anymore. bad because i'll have to wear retainers & i'll probably lose them the way i lose my rubberbands. & retainers are damn ex ):
then, lunch at some restaurant to celebrate granny's birthday. food was quite good i guess. adelaine & i kept going to the toilet to take pictures! the toilet is so pretty(: we also wanted to take picture of the cute "LADIES" sign outside but a waitress was staring at us. oh & the male waiter pours tea with a spout that is about 1 metre long! everytime he comes to pour tea, we start laughing. i dared daren to ask him, "ni3 de na4 ge4 duo1 chang2 ah?" i was referring to the SPOUT but then we realized how sick it sounded, so we didn't ask [:
chinese tuition was slack(: there was parent teacher meeting which is like how retarded? my mum was sitting behind and asking questions super-enthuly :D before the parents came, the teacher was asking us about our holiday plans. & my friend was like telling him to GO BACK TO CHINA AND NEVER COME BACK. i like our teacher. he's so funny! & he talks with a cheeeena accent.
ANYWAYZ IM HUNGRY NOW.
